Seals and gaskets
Flexible parts for joints, lids, enclosures and other connections.
Elastomer parts for business
We manufacture seals, gaskets, dampers and other flexible components to agreed geometry. Material requirements are defined according to the part’s function and operating conditions.
We work with companies and sole traders and are VAT-registered. We do not accept private household orders.

Parts
We work with custom part geometries. Before making a sample, we agree the intended use, operating conditions and material requirements.
Flexible parts for joints, lids, enclosures and other connections.
Parts that cushion contact, accommodate movement or hold components in place.
Covers, plugs, inserts and other parts that protect surfaces and assemblies.
Moulded components for non-standard assemblies, tooling and customers’ production units.
Materials
We consider the part’s function, loads, contact media and operating conditions. Silicone and polyurethane are not interchangeable materials.
An estimate requires the part’s geometry, function and operating conditions. If parameters are not yet defined, describe how the part needs to behave.
A 3D model, drawing or key dimensions. Identify critical fits and surfaces.
Whether the part needs to seal, cushion, protect or locate components, and the loads it will experience.
Temperature and contact with moisture, oils or other media, where relevant to the task.
Expected flexibility or hardness, colour and transparency, where these matter.
Quantities for samples, pilot and production batches, order frequency and your preferred deadline.
Process
The sequence depends on the task and the available documentation. Not every order requires every step.
A model, drawing, sample or description of the task.
The part’s function, operating conditions and inspection parameters.
The elastomer type, manufacturing method and tooling requirements.
For geometry and fit checks in the customer’s assembly.
Record the model version, material and acceptance criteria.
Inspect, kit, label and prepare parts for dispatch.
Agreed dimensions, holes, profiles and fits.
Visual inspection for apparent defects against the agreed criteria.
Quantities, labelling, packaging and conformity to the approved version.
If the geometry or documentation is confidential, start with an anonymised description. Detailed materials can follow after an NDA.

Describe the part, its function, approximate quantity and operating conditions. You can attach a drawing or model if available.
