We take products from technical requirements to production batches. Our work covers electronics and enclosures, printed components, cable assemblies and finished assembly checks.
We work with companies and sole traders and are VAT-registered. We do not accept private household orders.
Capabilities
We can join a project at any stage, from defining technical requirements and developing the design to building prototypes, testing and starting repeat production.
We turn an initial idea or set of requirements into a technically feasible product design. Our work can include product architecture, electronics, enclosure components, cable assemblies, component layout and system integration.
We manufacture development prototypes, check assembly and key functions, refine the design and develop the required test equipment. The validation scope and test conditions are agreed for each project.
We establish the approved design version and prepare manufacturing documentation, tooling, assembly procedures and acceptance criteria. We produce a pilot batch and prepare the process for repeat orders.
We manufacture enclosures, mounts, tooling and other functional parts in small and medium batches.

Our contract assembly work covers fitting electronics and cable assemblies into enclosures. We check functions, label and package units.
We develop fixtures and electronic test devices, prepare test scenarios and record results.
Experience
The ARKA26 team has worked with Ukrainian miltech companies on UAV components, electronics, cable assemblies, enclosures and test equipment. We understand how design decisions affect manufacturing, assembly and testing.
Our experience also includes serial FDM printing, contract assembly, field trials and UAV test flights.
NDAs limit the customer names and technical details we can share. We discuss relevant examples in a working meeting.

Procurement
VAT invoices available. We provide the contract, specification, invoice and delivery documents needed for procurement. Where required, we sign an NDA and agree acceptance criteria before starting.
