We print enclosures, mounts, tooling and other functional parts in small and medium batches. We agree a sample, material and batch parameters before production.

We work with companies and sole traders and are VAT-registered. We do not accept private household orders.

We create 3D models from a technical brief or refine existing designs. We account for loads, assembly and FDM printing constraints.

We manufacture batches from the approved model, inspect parts and prepare them for dispatch.

Materials

Materials selected for the part’s operating conditions

We work with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PC and reinforced composites. We select materials based on part geometry, mechanical loads and operating conditions.

Operating conditions

Specify working temperature, loads, exposure to moisture or other environments, and any need for flexibility. These guide material selection.

Geometry and surface

Identify critical dimensions, fits, holes, visible surfaces and preferred colour. We agree tolerances and print orientation before making a sample.

Engineering checks for water and dust protection

We test printed enclosures under a separately agreed programme. Conditions approximate the IPX5–IPX8 and IP5X–IP6X tests in IEC 60529. These are engineering checks before production, not IP certification.

Inspection

How we keep repeat orders consistent

Model

File version, geometry and agreed changes so repeat orders use the same specification.

Print parameters

Material, colour, orientation and parameters agreed on the sample before series production.

Part acceptance

Inspection of critical dimensions and fits against agreed criteria, with batch labelling and completeness checks.

Process

How a production run starts

  1. 01

    Model and quantity

    Send a 3D model or a brief for model development, part quantities and your preferred deadline.

  2. 02

    Print assessment

    We review geometry for FDM, clarify material and requirements, and agree price and lead time.

  3. 03

    First sample

    We print a sample for geometry, fit and suitability checks for your application.

  4. 04

    Production approval

    We record the model version and parameters after sample review. A pilot batch is made if needed.

  5. 05

    Printing and inspection

    We manufacture the agreed quantity and inspect parts against the acceptance criteria.

  6. 06

    Packaging and repeat orders

    We kit the batch. For the next run, we confirm quantity and the current model version.
