We manufacture cable assemblies and wire harnesses for technical products, from initial test samples to repeat production batches. Every assembly is labelled and checked for length, circuit continuity and pinout compliance.
We work with companies and sole traders and are VAT-registered. We do not accept private household orders.
Manufacturing capabilities
We can work from approved documentation, a reference sample or a component specification. The inspection scope and sequence are agreed before starting the batch.
Built from a reference sample
We can assess a reference cable assembly, identify its components and prepare the documentation required for repeatable manufacturing.
From test samples to production batches
We manufacture prototypes, test samples, pilot batches and repeat production batches. The approved assembly version is recorded before production starts.
Multiple connector families
We work with JST SH, JST GH, Molex PicoBlade, Molex Micro-Fit, XT-series, QS8 and other connectors, subject to availability and compatibility checks.
Assembly labelling
We apply the agreed identification to wires, connectors or completed assemblies. The content and labelling method are confirmed during order preparation.
Inspection of every assembly
Every assembly is checked for length, circuit continuity and pinout compliance. Additional inspections are performed only where they are included in the agreed test specification.
Test fixtures for repeatable inspection
We can develop a dedicated test fixture for a cable assembly. It can simplify pinout and continuity checks across repeat production batches. Fixture scope, test logic and any result-recording requirements are agreed for each project.
